Influences from legendary models such as the Maserati A6GCS/53, Ferrari 250 GT, Jaguar E-type, Toyota 2000 GT, and Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato can be seen in the design. Additionally, modern GT coupes like the AMG GT-R, Ferrari Roma, Aston Martin Superleggera, Bentley GT, and BMW M850i have also played a role in shaping Obscuro GT's vision of the future.

What sets Obscuro GT apart is its unique approach to naturally aspirated engines. As electric cars gain popularity and the industry moves towards fully self-driving vehicles, Obscuro GT represents a significant shift in automotive culture. While there will undoubtedly be examples of car identity recreation in the future, these cars will be less affordable and have a more classic design. This concept mirrors the current existence of expensive chronometers, which are still cherished in the digital era.

The realization of Obscuro GT relies on cutting-edge technology. Approximately 60% of the car's parts are 3D printed, utilizing materials such as aluminum, forged carbon fiber, fiberglass, titanium, magnesium, bio-chemicals for batteries, leather, alcantara, and glass. This combination of materials ensures a lightweight yet durable structure.
